Returns Policy
You are hereby requested to carefully read the Terms and Conditions prior to using the Website. Any use and/or purchase of Goods through the Website constitutes your consent to the terms set forth herein Terms and Conditions. In the event you are not interested and/or do not agree that these terms shall apply to you, you are requested not to make any use of the Website.
The Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Returns Policy are an integral part of this agreement and should be considered as a whole by you.
1. Interpretation and Definitions
Customer - web-surfer, viewer and/or User of the Website and/or of the Service , containing any Service of the Website, directly or indirectly.
Transaction Details Document - Upon completion of the Order process, confirmation of the completion of the purchase that is sent to the Customer’s e-mail, and a tax invoice / receipt containing, among others, the details of the transaction, as required by law, that is provided to the Customer.
2. Cancellation of a Transaction and Product Return Policy
The provisions of this Clause are subject to the Consumer Protection Act 5741-1981 (hereinafter: the “Act” or the "Law").
- The right to cancel a transaction is only available to the customer who made the purchase (even if the Customer ordered the Product for another person and/or another person is the recipient of the shipment).
- Only a Customer who has executed a transaction to purchase a Product through the Website will be entitled to cancel the transaction, from the date the transaction is made, and up to 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Product or from the date of receiving the Transaction Details Document, whichever is later. This does not apply to Products that were not sold by Us to the Customer via the Website.
- A person with disabilities, a veteran citizen, and a new immigrant (as defined in the Act) who executed a transaction on the Website, will be entitled to cancel the transaction within four months from the date the transaction is made, from the date of receipt of the Product, or from the date of receiving the Transaction Details Document, whichever is later, provided however that the execution of the transaction included a conversation between such customer and Us, including via electronic communications. We will be entitled to ask the Customer for a certificate, as specified in the Act, which proves that he is a person with disabilities, a veteran citizen, or a new immigrant, as applicable.
- A Customer who has the right to cancel a transaction according to the Act will be able to do so by providing a notice of cancellation to Us in any of the following manners, and in accordance with the methods of communication set forth below (hereinafter: a “Cancellation Notice”):

- The Cancellation Notice must include the Customer’s name and Email. In addition, specifying the Customer’s mobile phone number and attaching an invoice / receipt to identify the transaction and its amount – though not mandatory – may help Us to locate the relevant transaction.
- In the event that the Customer receives the Product that is the subject of cancellation of the transaction, the Customer will contact our customer service for specific guidance at Whastapp Number +972-538573318 or via e-mail at Mazal.aliyeva@gmail.com.
- Cancellation of a transaction will be possible provided that the Product is returned by the Customer to the Us in accordance with the law, undamaged and unused, subject to the applicable law. It is not possible to cancel a transaction in respect of a Product for which the law prescribes that it is excluded from the type of products the transactions to purchase which can be cancelled.
- In the event of a cancellation of a transaction due to a defect in the Product, or a discrepancy between the Product and the details given to the Customer regarding the Product, if the Customer has received the Product that is the subject of the Order – he shall make it available to Us at the place where the Product that is the subject of the Cancellation Notice, was delivered and shall notify Us accordingly.
- The period of supply of most of the items is about 28 business days from the date of Confirmation of the Order. Regarding items requiring a longer supply period, such shall be mentioned in an appropriate place on the Website (hereinafter: “Dates of Supply”). The calculation of the Dates of Supply shall be made according to business days, i.e. Sunday through Thursday, excluding Friday, Saturday, holiday eves and holidays.
Nevertheless, we shall make its utmost efforts in order to bring forward the Dates of Supply.
The Items shall be supplied by means of messengers or by means of the Delivery services (at Our sole discretion), to the Requested Destination, unless provided otherwise. The Date of Supply of the Items which shall be supplied by means of the Delivery services shall be subject to the time of delivery of the Delivery services and subject to the quality and terms of service as customary at the Israeli Postal Services. It shall clarify hereinafter that the Date of Supply of the Items other than by messengers is not in Our’s control, and you hereby declare that you shall have no claim resulting from a delay in the Date of Supply of the Items supplied other than by messengers.

- Cancellation of the Purchase of Items in exchange for a refund (hereinafter: “Cancellation of the Transaction”) - the Purchase of an item executed on this Website can be cancelled at any time from the date that the transaction is made, and up to 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Product or from the date of receiving the Transaction Details Document, whichever is later. After the aforementioned period, the transaction cannot be cancelled. The cancellation of the transaction shall be made by making a Cancellation Notice (Section 2.4.) The conditions for Cancellation of the Transaction as aforementioned, is the return of the Item to Our address, whether personally by you or by paying the costs of returning the Item to Our address. Cancellation, as aforementioned, shall credit you for the cost of the item actually paid by you (after deduction of shipment and return fees).
- The Customer’s right to cancel a transaction does not derogate from Our right to claim for damages in the event of cancellation of a transaction and/or return of Products, if We discover that their value has decreased, including as a result of deterioration or change in their condition at the time they were in the Customer’s possession.
- In some cases, instead of cancelling the transaction, We will offer the customer an alternative product at Our sole discretion, which he can redeem with our Customer Support through email and WhatsApp.
- Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to terminate, at any time, and in Our sole discretion, the activity on the Website and/or cancel, in whole or in part, a purchase transaction executed by the Customer and/or to not approve, in whole or in part, a Customer’s order, including, but not limited to, in any one of the following instances:
- If the Customer’s credit card details and/or full details or payment provider details such as “Paypal” or “Bit” are not received or recorded by the system.
- In any event in which a violation was committed or an action was taken, in contravention of these Terms of Use or the other terms of use of the Website, as well as in any event that the Customer committed an act perceived as illegal and/or violated the provisions of law.
- If it transpires that the Customer provided, at the time of the purchase transaction and/or subsequently, incorrect details.
- Due to an act or omission by the Customer that may or could be causing damage to Us and/or anyone acting on Our behalf and/or the proper operation of the Website and/or any other third party.
- If We are concerned that the consideration for the purchase will not be received and/or the credit card in the Customer’s possession has been blocked and/or restricted from use in any way and/or if the transaction was not authorised by the credit card company or payment provider.
- If the Customer has a financial debt to Us, and the debt is not settled despite the fact that the date for its payment has passed.
- If the Product is out of stock, after or before the sale was executed (but not yet shipped to the Customer). If the order is cancelled as aforementioned, We will not be responsible or liable, and will not bear any damages caused to the Customer and/or to any third party, including but not limited to damage in respect of the purchase of the Product from a third party for a higher price.
- In the event that there is a concern that the purchase is carried out as part of a wholesale purchase and/or for the purpose of resale by the Customer or anyone acting on his behalf.
- In any case where, due to “force majeure”, We are unable to properly manage the Website, to provide the Customer with the Products and/or to meet its other obligations. In this Clause “force majeure” means: Including computer malfunctions, malfunctions in the telephone system or in other communications systems, any sabotage or security incident. In such circumstances, We may cancel the transaction. If the transaction is cancelled as aforementioned, We will not be liable and shall not bear, in any event, any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damage caused to the Customer or any third party, including but not limited to damages on account of purchase of the product and/or service from a third party for a higher price.
- In the event of any error and/or technical malfunction during the process of offering the Product for sale on the Website, including a mistake in the price, description and/or shipment details.
- In any event of a failure in the supply chain preventing and/or disturbing the shipment of the Product on time or at all.

- Abuse of Return Privileges:
Our return policy is in place to ensure our customers don’t get stuck with the wrong item. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who abuse or attempt to violate our return policy through practices including, but not limited to, excessive returns, attempts to return items that are no longer in brand-new condition, etc.
